In order to process an application, all information must be present including all necessary documents in the application. Incomplete screenshots of bills WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All applicants must be honorably discharged from their respected branch of service. The Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (Chapter 31) program does not qualify for the EAP program.

Applications will be processed during business hours (Tuesday-Friday: 8AM-3PM). All applications submitted outside normal business hours will be processed on MAM’s next business day.
