MAM is teaming up with SEMPER FI Heating & Cooling to recognize our brave men and women in the military and provide a deserving day of celebration. Submit yourself or a family member to be featured in a monthly video that would run on Arizona’s Family 3TV and the Arizona’s Family Sports channel.

If selected, you would provide a bio and photos for the feature. As a bonus, you will receive tickets to various professional sports or fun events in Phoenix.

Eligibility Requirements

• Arizona Active-duty, National Guard or Reservist rank E-5 or below
  • Spouse is able to attend if the service member is deployed
• Post 9/11 recipients of a Purple Heart or Combat Action Badge or equivalent by branch
