Automotive Technician
- We maintain a clean working environment and expect you to as well. Minimum of 5 years experience and you must have your own tools.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, and be able to use a scan tool, lab scope, multimeter, and other tools to diagnose error codes and confirm the repair is done correctly.
- Brake jobs, suspension and steering, timing belt/water pump replacement, tune-ups, drivability and emissions failure diagnosis, and more will be required. Must be willing to continue education in our field by attending classes. Revive Auto pays for continued education classes. Must be able to work well with others in achieving the goals of the business.
Lube/Maintenance Technician
- This position requires 1 year of verifiable shop experience. Duties include communicating with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Helping customers choose preventative maintenance that will keep them trouble-free on the road.
- Changing engine oil and filters on a very wide range of vehicles, checking tire pressure and visual inspection of critical components, and adjustment of all vehicle fluid levels.
- Cleaning and organizing tools and work areas and helping in other areas of the shop as needed.
Service Writer
- Service Advisors must possess strong communication skills in verbal, written, and electronic to deal with customers, employees, vendors, and manufacturers.
- Ability to listen to customer needs and communicate to technicians.
- Ability to create repair estimates based on job requirements and customer needs.
- Ability to sell service repair to customers by providing accurate estimates to customers.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain constant communication with customers, technicians and management.
- Collect payment once work is complete and finalize repair orders at the end of completion.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Computer knowledge required.
- Valid AZ driver’s license
- At least 5 years experience as a service writer
